Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Sourcing for Enterprise clients in Hyderabad. This hybrid role leads senior, technical, and niche sourcing efforts, develops strategic strategies with recruiters, and mentors the sourcing team to raise capability.

You will deliver advanced sourcing reports, provide market intelligence, ensure ATS governance, and contribute to workforce planning across client programs, driving innovative tools and best practices in talent acquisition.
