Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to manage COBRA, FSA plans, enrollment processes, and events in PeopleSoft for employees. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Economics/Finance or an MBA in Analytics, plus CPP/CIPP/CPA certifications are a plus.

English proficiency with at least intermediate level is required. The position is Regular/Full-time with a Hybrid work mode in India and an Evening shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA/Analytics preferred.
• English language proficiency required with Intermediate (B1).

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including open enrollment and ACA administration.
• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
