Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO with Payroll & Benefits responsibilities. Hybrid work model. You will support payroll processing, calculate components, and administer employee benefits while coordinating with HR and Finance.

The role requires relevant commerce/finance education and CPP/PHR certifications preferred; English proficiency is required, and you will engage in regulatory alignment and employee queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or Analytics-related Master’s degree is preferred.
• CPP and PHR certifications are listed in this role.
• Experience in payroll and employee benefits administration.
