Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Senior Specialist – EMEA and APAC Payroll to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for employees across the EMEA and APAC regions.

The role uses Workday, Cloud Pay, and ADP to drive payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence. You will partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Tax to validate inputs, perform audits, support year-end activities, and drive automation across payroll cycles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance or MBA related field.
• MBA/Analytics is a plus for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Experience in payroll domains across EMEA/APAC is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end payroll for EMEA and APAC regions.
• Validate payroll inputs: hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, benefits, overtime, bonuses, commissions.
• Serve as payroll SME for Workday, Cloud Pay and ADP platforms.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax requirements.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Support year-end activities and tax reconciliations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits and Tax teams.
• Resolve payroll queries within SLAs.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Support audits and payroll project work.

Job Description

The Senior Specialist – EMEA and APAC for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for employees across the EMEA and APAC Region. This role serves as a payroll processor for operations, leveraging Workday, Cloud pay and ADP platforms to ensure payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end and third payroll for EMEA and APAC Payroll, including weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
• Validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, benefits, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
• Serve as a payroll SME for Workday, Cloud pay and ADP.
• Ensure compliance with Country and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support year-end activities tax reconciliations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Tax teams.
• Resolve payroll queries within SLAs.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Participate in payroll projects, testing, and system enhancements.
