Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for HRO - Payroll & Benefits to lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance, and drive process automation.

You will manage Workday Payroll and ADP platforms, lead payroll specialists, and partner with retained HR and third-party support to deliver accurate, timely payroll.

This regular hybrid role offers exposure to global clients, ongoing learning, and opportunities to shape payroll delivery for enterprise customers.

• Own relationship and governance with retained HR teams and third‑party ADP/Workday support
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality reviews and process automation
• Manage statutory compliance, audits and regulatory reporting across the payroll lifecycle
• Provide escalation management for critical/complex payroll issues
• Own Workday Payroll and ADP platform performance, upgrades and integration issues

Expertise:

Extensive end-to-end Payroll management experience (Input management, Payroll processing, Time & Attendance processing).

Expert-level knowledge of Workday Payroll and ADP platforms
