Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking an Associate - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to support payroll processing and benefits administration from India. You will assist in deductions, bonuses, taxes, and health insurance, while coordinating with HR and Finance on queries.

The role requires Bachelors in Commerce/Economics/Finance and MBAs or Analytics. Fluency in English and a Night Shift (India) work pattern are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance or MBA in relevant fields.
• Masters degrees in Business Administration or Analytics are preferred.
• Experience with payroll and benefits processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing to ensure timely salary disbursals.
• Assist in calculating payroll components: deductions, bonuses, taxes.
• Help administer employee benefits including health insurance and leaves.

Responsibilities: Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements. Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses, and taxes. Help administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking. Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits-related queries. Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and benefits questions.
