Ideal candidates have degrees in commerce/economics/finance with an MBA or analytics focus, and experience in data-driven improvement and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in business administration or analytics preferred.
• Experience with payroll and benefits processes desirable.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and regulations.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving mindset.
