Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to lead end-to-end payroll operations, review taxes, and coordinate with Banking for salary funding. The role requires MBA/BA qualifications and a strong background in HR operations with Lean Six Sigma in a hybrid work setting in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will mentor the payroll team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements while partnering with HR, C&B, and Accounting teams to align

• Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Hiring, C&B, HR, and Accounting teams to align payroll operations with cross-functional impacts.
• Mentor and guide the payroll team to optimize performance and ensure process efficiency.
