Job summary

Buchprufer Consultants in Calicut (WFO) is seeking an HR professional with MBA in HR and 4+ years of experience to join immediately. The role covers end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, with a focus on performance management, payroll support, and analytics.

Candidate will collaborate with managers and employees to drive HR initiatives, maintain records, and deliver HR reports while ensuring adherence to labour laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of HR experience.
• Immediate joining availability and Calicut (WFO) location.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition.
• Manage employee relations, engagement and grievances.
• Coordinate performance management and L&D initiatives.
• Support payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure HR policy and statutory compliance.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
• Partner with managers and employees on HR matters.
