Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Buyer Lead - PR to PO to manage end-to-end procure-to-pay workflows, converting requisitions into orders while leading a procurement team. You will drive RFQ processes, bid comparisons, and spot negotiations, and monitor orders from placement to delivery.

The role requires 3–6 years in procurement, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong ERP and Excel skills. You will mentor juniors and deliver performance metrics within a service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, or supply chain shared services.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Finance.
• ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Coupa) and advanced Excel.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder mgmt, and meticulous data quality.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
• Float RFQs, compare vendor bids, and negotiate spot terms.
• Monitor open orders, expedites deliveries, and manage amendments.
• Mentor junior buyers, deliver process training, and maintain PO data quality.
• Provide procurement metrics, track KPIs, and manage backlog.

Role Overview:

A Buyer Lead - PR to PO manages the end-to-end procure-to-pay transactional workflow, converting internal purchase requisitions (PR) into legally binding purchase orders (PO) while leading team operations and enforcing compliance.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• PR to PO Processing: Review, validate, and convert internal Purchase Requisitions into accurate Purchase Orders.
• RFQ & Sourcing Support: Float Requests for Quotation (RFQ), compare vendor bids, and execute spot negotiations.
• Order Tracking & Expediting: Monitor open orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle order amendments or exceptions.
• Team Leadership & Quality: Mentor junior buyers, conduct process training, and maintain high PO data quality standards.
• SLA & Reporting: Deliver regular procurement metrics, track operational KPIs, and manage backlog control.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Experience: 3 to 6 years in procurement operations, sourcing, or supply chain shared services.
