Job summary

Andor Tech in Pune is seeking a procurement professional to manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle, including creation, releases, amendments and closures. You will coordinate RFQs, supplier follow-ups and order execution to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

You will work with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement, invoicing, delivery and payment issues, while maintaining policy compliance and reporting. Strong Excel and ERP experience (Coupa/SAP) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management, Procurement Operations, Purchasing, Buying, P2P, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Hands-on PO lifecycle management including creation, amendments, approvals, tracking and closure.
• Experience with RFQs, supplier coordination, procurement workflows and order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, including PO creation, releases, amendments, closures, and tracking.
• Handle RFQ activities, supplier follow-ups, and order execution to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement, invoicing, delivery, and payment-related issues.
• Support day-to-day procurement operations while ensuring compliance with established policies, controls, and governance requirements.
• Work closely with Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to support operational requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, expedite critical requirements, and drive timely resolution of operational challenges.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in Order Management, Procurement Operations, Purchasing, Buying, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience managing the Purchase Order lifecycle, including PO creation, amendments, approvals, tracking, and closure activities.
• Experience handling RFQs, supplier coordination, procurement workflows, and order fulfillment activities.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa is highly preferred; experience with SAP or other ERP/Procurement systems is advantageous.
• Proven experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement, invoice, and order-related issues.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Experience working in a global/shared services or multinational environment is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to clearly articulate their day-to-day involvement in procurement systems, PO management, supplier interactions, and procurement processes during screening.
