Concentrix is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end purchasing, from requisition to PO issuance, in a fast-paced environment in Mumbai. The role emphasizes SAP MM, RFQ/RFP management, and strong supplier negotiations.

You will coordinate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Receiving teams, ensuring compliance with policies and smooth three-way matching. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years of procurement experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities from requisition to purchase order issuance.
• Convert approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO).
• Review procurement requirements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Ensure timely placement and follow-up of purchase orders to meet business requirements.
• Track supplier deliveries and proactively resolve supply-related issues.

RFQ Management

• Create and manage Request for Quotations (RFQs) in SAP MM.
• Identify and invite qualified suppliers for quotation submissions.
• Analyze supplier quotations and prepare comparative bid evaluations.
• Support supplier negotiations on pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
• Recommend suppliers based on quality, cost, service levels, and compliance requirements.

Purchase Order Management

• Create, modify, and release Purchase Orders in SAP MM.
• Process PO amendments, cancellations, and change orders.
• Monitor PO acknowledgements and delivery commitments.
• Resolve PO discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval matrices.

Supplier Management

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews focusing on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coordinate with strategic sourcing teams for supplier onboarding and evaluation.
• Escalate supplier risks and support mitigation plans.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Receiving teams.
• Support invoice discrepancy resolution and three-way match issues.
• Provide procurement reports, spend analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Participate in continuous improvement and procurement transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong Procurement and Purchasing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP MM.
• Experience in RFQ, RFP, Bid Evaluation, and PO Processing.
• Supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.
• Understanding of contract terms, pricing, and procurement policies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Experience in shared services, BPO, manufacturing, IT procurement, or indirect procurement environments.
• Exposure to supplier performance management and spend analysis.
