Concentrix is seeking an Accountant FAO to join our Bengaluru finance team. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable, process vendor payments, invoices, and vendor master data in NetSuite, and support month-end close activities.

This role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication with international clients, and proactive problem solving. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of accounting experience, proficiency in MS Office, exposure to NetSuite, and a collaborative, self-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Exposure to NetSuite is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and experience dealing with international clients.
• Quick learner, self-driven, positive mindset, target oriented.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End AP workflow management.
• Process vendor payments and manage aging emails.
• Manual invoice processing and verification.
• Vendor reconciliation and master data maintenance in NetSuite.
• Expense reporting and SOP/documentation.
• Month-end close: AP/AR entries, reclass, accrual, prepaid, and amortization journal entries.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

Accounts payable:

• End to End AP Workflow expertise.
• Payment processing for Vendor Aging and email responses.
• Manually Invoice processing.
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Vendor Master Creation and Update in NetSuite
• Expense Reporting.
• SOP, Process Checklist, Documentation and Review.

Month End Reporting:

• AP, AR Closing entries
• Reclass, Accrual, Prepaid, Amortization Journal Entry preparation and review

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Minimum 3-4 Years in accounting processes
• Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook
• Exposure to NetSuite will be added advantage
• Good Written and Verbal communication skills
• Good Interpersonal & International Client facing experience.
• Quick Learner, Self-driven, Positive mindset, Target Oriented

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate – Bcom/Mcom
