Genpact Ltd. is seeking an AP specialist to perform accounts payable activities, manage escalations, and ensure timely, accurate processing. You will monitor SLA/KPI adherence and support transformation initiatives while coordinating with global teams.

The role involves team leadership and training with ongoing communication to the Operations Manager, participating in client calls, and upholding procedures and policies in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelors degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master's degree in finance is a plus.
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform AP activities and handle escalations.
• SLA & KPI reporting and adherence.
• Team management and training coordination.
• Track deliverables to meet timeliness and accuracy.
• Communicate issues to the Operation Manager.
• Participate in client calls and meetings with retained org.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Lead transformation initiatives and drive projects on schedule.
