Job summary

Genpact is hiring for an F&A - AP Specialist to join our India team. The role involves processing invoices, validating financial data, and ensuring accurate accounts payable records in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will handle PO/Non-PO invoices, perform reconciliations, and contribute to AP improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong accounting background and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and SAP.
• Experience with data reporting and visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reconciliation tasks.

Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook.Job Description• Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records • Process invoices with PO / Non-PO • Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval • Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country • Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable) • Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers.
