Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform AP activities and manage escalations.
• Adhere to SLA and KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with global training teams.
• Lead and manage the AP team; prioritize tasks.
• Communicate delivery status to the Operation Manager; participate in client calls.
• Execute transformation initiatives and drive projects on schedule.
