Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - AP to handle end-to-end accounts payable processes, invoices (PO and non-PO), and ensure payments align with internal controls. The role focuses on accuracy, process optimization, and AP improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality, perform reconciliations, and support finance operations in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in finance is a plus, CPA/CFA/CPA aligned courses are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for AP records.
• Process invoices with PO / Non-PO.
• Review invoices and requisitions for payment approvals.
• Ensure quality of AP processes and handle non-standard processes in the country.
• Verify extensions and totals on invoices and apply discounts when applicable.
• Prepare vouchers with invoice details and coding per accounting policies.
• Identify and implement AP improvements.
• Vendor reconciliation and manage vendor payments cycle, GRIR reconciliations, vendor advances.

Job Description

• Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
• Process invoices with PO / Non-PO
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
• Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable)
• Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers. Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount and coding per accounting policies and procedures
• Identify & implement AP improvements
• Vendor reconciliation and manage vendor payments cycle, GRIR reconciliations, Vendor advance etc
