Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - F&A - AP to handle end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice posting, vendor reconciliations, and ensuring timely payments. The role involves reviewing PO and non-PO invoices, maintaining accurate vendor data, and supporting continuous improvements in AP workflows.

Strong data accuracy and problem-solving skills are essential. Based in Hyderabad, India, this office-based role offers exposure to AI-enabled finance operations and collaboration

Qualifications

• Calculation, posting of business transactions, and processing invoices.
• Review invoices and requisitions for payment approval.
• Verify and calculate extensions and totals on invoices; apply discounts where applicable.
• Vendor file checks and voucher preparation per policies.
• Identify AP improvements and manage vendor payments cycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP processing and invoice verification in a timely manner.
• Review PO/Non-PO invoices and ensure correct coding.
• Maintain accuracy of vendor accounts and reconcile statements.
• Support process improvements in AP workflows and controls.
