Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate in F&A - AP to support the accounts payable function in a hybrid Gurgaon setting. The role involves checking, processing, and paying vendor invoices, and handling non-voice communications with vendors and internal teams.

You will prepare reconciliations and resolve open items while maintaining data accuracy. The ideal candidate holds relevant finance degrees (Bachelors/Masters) and AP certifications, with strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master's degree in finance preferred or relevant field.
• Industry-recognized certifications in AP, AML, CFA, CFE or CPA enhance candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate vendor invoices in Accounts Payable.
• Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve clarifications via mail or calls with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare account reconciliations and clear open items in reconciliations.
