Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A (AP) to review, process, and resolve invoices, ensuring timely payments and compliance. You will validate supplier details, PO, bank accounts, and invoice dates, and release payments following the customer agreement.

Expect collaboration with requisitions and ongoing process improvements within a dynamic, AI-driven finance function. The role requires a strong foundation in accounts payable, data literacy, and proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance are required.
• Professional certifications in Accounts Payable or Finance are a plus.
• Fluency in English and strong data literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions.
• Review and validate basic invoice essentials (supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, date).
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up on requisitions via calls/emails/tickets to resolve invoice issues as per AP guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to reduce helpdesk queries and suggest process improvements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operational guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure invoices/queries are handled per guidelines.
