Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions.
• Validate supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number and date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure adherence.
