Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Finance master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
• Review and validate essential invoice details (supplier, PO, bank, invoice no/date).
• Release invoices for timely and accurate payment.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as per agreement with customer.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify ways to reduce helpdesk queries and improve processes.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operation guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure compliance with guidelines.
