Job summary

Yokohama-ATG is seeking a Dispatch Planner in Mumbai to oversee delivery planning and execution within the Supply Chain department. The role focuses on aligning sales orders with delivery schedules, analyzing inventory health, and coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.

Candidate should have a background in engineering and likely an MBA in Operations/SCM, with strong skills in planning, forecasting, and stakeholder communication to drive on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering is required.
• MBA preferred in Operations/SCM.
• Knowledge of Production Planning and Capacity Planning.

Responsibilities

• Review backlog of sales orders and delivery schedules to meet commitments and inform customers and regional teams of promise dates.
• Conduct inventory analysis and liquidation for slow/non-moving and fast-moving SKUs.
• Coordinate with area sales managers, sales coordinators, finance, production planning, curing & logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.

• Reviewing backlog of sales orders and delivery schedules for meeting delivery commitments and advice promise dates to customers and regional sales teams
• Inventory analysis and liquidation based on slow moving, nonmoving, fast moving SKU’s
• Coordinating with area sales managers, sales Coordinators, finance, production planning curing & logistics teams for ensuring hassle free dispatch operation
