Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj is seeking a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end supply planning across India sites, ensuring optimum inventory, timely dispatches, and high service levels. You will coordinate with global supply chain teams, monitor inventory and KPIs like OTIF and MPSA, support new product launches and site transfers, and drive process improvements and automation in planning activities.

This role requires close collaboration with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and R&D, and

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning or similar role.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple functions across sites.
• Understanding of OTIF and dispatch metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand-supply planning, finished goods inventory, and monthly dispatch commitments.
• Coordinate with global/Dublin Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, R&D, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory, non-moving stock, MRB, write-offs, and shipment planning.
• Prepare MIS and track KPIs such as OTIF, MPSA, inventory coverage, and dispatch adherence.
• Support new product launches, site transfers, alternate vendor development, and supply chain projects.
• Drive process improvements and automation in planning activities.
• Manage R&D stores and ensure compliance related to material handling and storage.
