Job summary

IN_RSM Randstad Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a data analytics professional to support data acquisition, cleaning, and integration from multiple sources. You will assist in building dashboards and automated reports, and contribute to data investigations to reveal insights for strategic initiatives.

• Under minimal supervision, deliver data acquisition, processing, integration and cleaning from multiple sources
• Assist in building/refining dashboards and reports to automate data collection and reporting
• Contribute to data investigations, routine mining, validation and reconciliation for accurate reports
• Influence BI projects and change initiatives; support new analytics tools and techniques
• Develop visual aids (charts/graphs) to illustrate trends for decision-making
• Promote knowledge of trends in data analytics and support data-driven insights for customer experience improvements

• Under minimal supervision, delivers the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of data from multiple sources, enhancing the organization's ability to make strategic decisions through improved data quality and accessibility
• Assists in building and refining data dashboards and reports, using a variety of tools to automate data collection and report generation. Contributes to the development and efficiency of analytical processes, ensuring data insights are effectively presented to stakeholders
• Contributes to data investigations and performs analysis under minimal supervision, identifying trends and variances that support the organization’s strategic initiatives. This includes routine data mining, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reports
• Influences the delivery of business intelligence projects and change management initiatives, providing critical support within assigned areas to better align with organizational strategies. Participates in the implementation of new analytics tools and techniques
• Develops internal relationships under minimal supervision by facilitating the presentation of data insights and developing visual aids such as charts and graphs, which illustrate business, operations, customer and economic performance trends and support decision-making processes
• Continuously develops and shares knowledge of emerging trends in data analytics, supporting and promoting change management and departmental within assigned areas of responsibility. Assists in the proactive identification of data-driven insights that can significantly improve customer experiences
• Supports the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of data analytics, participating in change management and departmental initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility
