Job summary

Randstad India Hyderabad is seeking a capable professional to manage access requests, maintain access records, and ensure compliance with policies. You will support on moderate complexity issues, participate in testing and deployment, and analyze system performance metrics.

The role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, documenting processes, and assisting in reviews to uphold service quality across networks and applications.

Responsibilities

• Handles access requests, maintains accurate access records, and ensures compliance with established access policies.
• Assists in periodic access reviews, identifies and addresses access issues
• Contributes to testing, integration and implementation of network segments, software, systems or applications; monitors releases to ensure effective deployment to production
• Advises business users and supports on issues of moderate complexity for responsible services and systems, escalating more complex issues when necessary
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure services are delivered in line with processes and standards, documents key processes and defines user and technical support protocols
• Performs regular analyses for management on system specifications, usage, functionality and related performance metrics

• Advises business users and supports on issues of moderate complexity for responsible services and systems, and escalating more complex issues where necessary
• Performs and coordinates maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure services are delivered in line with processes and standards, ensuring availability to meet business needs. Additionally, assists in documenting key processes and defining user and technical support protocols
• Performs regular analyses for management on system specifications, usage, functionality and related performance metrics
