Job summary

Skillventory in Pune, India seeks a dedicated SAP-driven Demand Planning Specialist to manage daily demand planning, order processing, and fresh delivery generation for dealer and distributor channels. You will monitor receipts, perform end-to-end dispatch tracking, and generate daily MIS reports for inventory and delivery statuses.

The role requires coordination with Warehouse, Sales and Service Support teams to optimize parts supply, resolve shortages, and manage critical order inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand planning and SAP-based order processing for dealer/distributor channels.
• Monitor receipts, order merging, and end-to-end dispatch tracking for critical orders.
• Generate MIS reports on inventory, sales and delivery statuses.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales and Service Support to streamline parts supply.
• Track transit claims and resolve distributor/customer inquiries.
• Oversee data management including distributor agreements and parts master updates.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand planning, order processing, and fresh delivery generation in SAP for dealer and distributor channels upon fund verification.
• Monitor daily receipts, order merging, and end-to-end dispatch tracking for critical orders including VOR (Vehicle Off Road), emergency parts, and field-fix items.
• Generate and circulate daily MIS reports to key internal and external stakeholders, providing clear visibility on inventory, sales, and delivery statuses.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Sales, and Service Support teams to streamline parts supply and resolve shortage or excess claims.
• Track transit claims, manage customer complaints, and ensure operational resolution for distributor and channel partner inquiries.
• Oversee data management and record-keeping, including distributor agreements, parts master updates/rationalization, and critical parts allocation.
