A leading automotive company in West Bengal seeks a professional to manage EV spare parts inventory, utilizing SAP for optimal stock levels. Responsibilities include coordinating with dealers and logistics, tracking spare consumption, and maintaining documentation for audit compliance. Candidates should have prior experience working with auto OEMs and knowledge of inventory cost handling. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient spare parts availability and timely service responses.

Formación

• Must have experience in handling auto OEM spare parts.
• Experience with inventory cost and management is essential.
• Knowledge of FIFO model is a plus.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices and cost handling.

Requirement

Should be from Auto OEM with experience in handling Spare Parts, Handling Forecasting, should have worked in Stock management and FIFO model, Inventory cost handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage EV spare parts inventory (battery, controller, motor, electrical & mechanical parts) using SAP to ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses and dealer service centers.
• Coordinate with dealers, service teams, and logistics partners for timely ordering, dispatch, and replenishment of spares to meet service SLAs.
• Track consumption, critical spares, slow/non-moving inventory, and warranty parts, raising timely indents and corrective actions to prevent stock-outs or excess.
• Maintain accurate SAP MIS and documentation for parts movement, GRN, invoicing, warranty returns, and audit compliance.
