Job summary

Reliance Infrastructure is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Specialist in Gurgaon, Haryana to drive inventory hygiene by clearing non-moving stock and conducting cycle counts. You will train 3PL teams and coordinate with DC managers to resolve pending tasks, ensuring efficient spare parts handling.

Responsibilities include developing packing mechanisms for spare parts, monitoring space and manpower, and conducting monthly reviews with section managers to close gaps and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehousing/inventory.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear non-moving inventory and plan counts to improve hygiene.

"Clearing of Non Moving Inventory & Planning/Execution of Inventory Cycle counts which helps in Inventory Hygiene Conducting Trainings for 3pl teams for enhancing Spare Part Packing/Handling Coordination with Other DC Managers for clearing operational pending tasks Creating Resources as per Business Projections on Monthly Basis Developing Packing Mechanism for Spare Parts Packing Ensure all Resources are utilizing effectively which results directly productivity improvement Follow-up with HO Teams for Clearing Damage/Defective Parts timely Maintaining WH Hygiene & Ensure creating proper work Safe environment in DC Monitor and review of Space/Manpower utilization as per projection and Actuals Monitoring & Measuring Daily WH Operational Performance Levels and taking necessary actions when require Monthly Reviews with Section Managers, Finding Gaps among the teams and provide sufficient training"
