You will monitor stock levels using ABC analysis, raise PRs/POs, negotiate with vendors, inspect incoming shipments, and issue parts strictly against approved job cards.

• Procurement and vendor coordination: raise PR/PO, negotiate pricing, source alternate suppliers if needed, inspect incoming shipments before GRN.
• Issuance and workshop support: issue parts against approved job cards, manage cores and warranty claims, and prioritize parts for high-priority breakdowns.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock Management

• Stock Tracking: Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving (ABC classification) parts to prevent stockouts or dead stock.
• Audits: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with digital system records.
• Organization: Label bin locations, maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation, and keep the warehouse clean and safe. [1, 2]

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Ordering: Raise purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO) based on consumption trends and minimum/maximum reorder levels.
• Negotiation: Compare vendor pricing, negotiate rates, and source alternate suppliers if primary items are delayed.
• Inspection: Check incoming shipments for quantity, part numbers, and quality before generating a Goods Receipt Note (GRN). [1, 2]

Issuance & Workshop Support

• Job Cards: Issue parts strictly against approved job cards, repair orders, or requisitions.
• Core & Warranty Returns: Collect old/faulty parts (cores) and process vendor warranty claims or replacements.
