• Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional strategies for spare parts and vehicle accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and customer interactions.
• Oversee store operations: bin locations, FIFO, receiving, dispatch, and periodic stock audits.
• Ensure GST billing accuracy, manage discounts, and follow up on receivables.
• Lead, train, and review a team of sales, counter, and store staff.
• Report monthly performance to the proprietor.
