Great Learning in India is seeking a sales-focused advisor to drive inquiries and admissions for online and blended programs in the international market. You will engage with Spanish-speaking customers in Spanish and English, guiding them through the sales journey and counseling on course options relevant to their career progression.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales lifecycle from qualified leads to enrolment and maintaining MIS reports.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in BPO, counselling, or sales roles handling Spanish-speaking customers.
• B2 level certification in Spanish is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description• Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programsoffered for the International Market• Handling Spanish-speaking customers in Spanish and English throughoutthe sales journey.• Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the largevolume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in theprogram• Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will beuseful to their career progression and suggest the best options• Updating and maintaining MIS reports.Qualifications• Minimum 0–2 years of professional work experience, preferably in BPO, counselling,or sales roles handling Spanish-speaking customers/clients across industries suchas Travel, BFSI, EdTech, or FinTech.• Minimum B2 level certification in Spanish is required• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially in Excel.
