Job summary

Lider Consultancy Services in Bengaluru (India) seeks a proactive candidate for a voice-based role within a call center. The position handles inbound calls, data entry, and customer inquiries related to car buying, with escalation when required.

Responsibilities include managing quotes, outbound follow-ups, and routing queries to appropriate departments while supporting daily call center operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant Industry experience/BPO knowledge would be an advantage.
• 1–2 years in a similar Voice-based BPO industry.

Responsibilities

• Update quote follow-ups in the Car Buy System.
• Handle general inquiries regarding donating vehicles and refer to charity or referral company when needed.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound calls primarily.

• Enter customer information in our system.
• Answer any car buying-related inquiries.
• Try to resolve customer complaints Escalate to call center lead if necessary.
• Route calls or emails to the correct place when necessary.
• Assist in the daily managing the call center, as instructed by the Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Outbound Call - Focus on Online Quotations & Follow-ups.
• Responsible for updating the quote follow-ups in the Car Buy System.
• General inquiries regarding donating vehicles and directing the customer back to the charity and referral company if necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands):

Experience: 1~2 years of relevant Industry experience/BPO/basic automotive knowledge would be an advantage. 1 ~2 years in a similar Voice-based BPO industry.

Shift Timing: US Shift (5 pm to 2:00 am IST, 9:00 pm to 6:00 am IST)

Preferred Qualification: Graduate Or Post Graduate (BSC, BA, BBM, MBA)
