Job summary

TalentFinder in Delhi is seeking an entry- to early-career Recruitment Specialist to source active and passive candidates, screen applicants, and help build a strong hiring pipeline. You will conduct phone interviews, coordinate with teams, and track the effectiveness of postings and outreach.
