The ideal candidate has 2-8 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and Nvite sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 1-6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and Nvite candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using Naukri and other recruitment platforms-Linkedin ,Pyjama and other Job portals . You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various industries. Recruitment Specialists typically handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.


• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.


• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.


• Post job openings and manage job advertisements.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.


• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
