Job summary

EZSpace Ventures in Kochi is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for multiple roles. You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and a track record of maintaining robust talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and Nvite sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
