Job summary

EZSpace Ventures is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. The role involves sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates, with 2–8 years of recruitment experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 1–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on sourcing using Naukri Resdex and Nvite; familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
• Post job openings and manage advertisements.
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring process.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing needs.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using Naukri and other recruitment platforms-Linkedin ,Pyjama and other Job portals . You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various industries. Recruitment Specialists typically handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings and manage job advertisements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and Nvite candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
