EZSpace Ventures in Kochi seeks a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates using Naukri and other portals, and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across industries.

We value strong communication, ability to handle multiple openings, and building a robust candidate pipeline from initial sourcing to onboarding. 2–6 years’ experience preferred; bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 2–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on sourcing with Naukri Resdex and Nvite required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings and manage job advertisements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
