Job summary

Uberlife Consulting is seeking a commercially astute Sourcing Manager to lead garment sourcing across categories, with a strong focus on cost, quality and on-time delivery. You will build and manage vendor partnerships across India, and collaborate with design, production and QA teams to execute seasonal collections.

The role demands 8-15 years in garment sourcing, robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and deep knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims and production

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of garment sourcing expertise, with working knowledge of fabric sourcing.
• Strong vendor network across India (garment manufacturers, fabric mills, suppliers).
• Sound understanding of garment construction, trims, costing, and production timelines.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in women's wear or men's wear brands preferred.
• High ownership, accountability, and ability to independently manage sourcing operations.
