Job summary

Ninjacart, India’s leading agri-platform, is seeking a results-driven professional to drive sourcing and sales in the F&V category from Jaipur. You will build networks with importers, manage a team for quality control, and help hit weekly/daily procurement and revenue goals.

The role emphasizes establishing partner relationships, category management, and P&L ownership to scale trade volumes and customer networks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&V business.
• Category management and P&L experience is preferred.
• Establish a network of loyal customers for sales for our stock.
• Manage a team for quality check, loading collections etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing/Procurement of F&V through various importer/exporters and competitive rates.
• Establish solid relationships with network of importers so that Ninjacart becomes preferred partner for them.
• Delivery of weekly/daily purchase and sales goals in the category.
• Establish a network of loyal customers for sales for our stock.
• Manage a team for quality check, loading collections etc.
• Owning P&L for the overall trade volumes.
