Responsibilities:

• Own end to end Fulfillment center operations which include infrastructure, people, and processes.
• Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently.
• Manage cost, quality, and efficiency to achieve operations SLAs.
• Handle workforce and create, review & analyze reports on operations.
• Ensure the dispatch of F&V on time and that system and ops level guidelines are strictly adhered to in the respective facilities.
• Ensure all assets are in place and in good working condition for smooth operations.
