Job summary

Ninjacart, India's leading fresh produce platform, is looking for an ambitious Operations professional to own end-to-end Fulfillment Center operations in Bengaluru. You will manage infrastructure, people, processes and logistics to meet SLA targets and deliver FnV on time.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• Data-driven with strong operations metrics and lean/process improvement experience
• Project management: managed a medium-size team; multitask in fast-paced environments
• People management: lead a workforce and allocate resources efficiently
• LML & FML experience: manage logistics with cost-efficient, timely deliveries
• Ability to work under pressure with fulfillment and fill-rate tracking

Responsibilities

• Own end to end Fulfillment center operations including infrastructure, people, processes and logistics
• Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently
• Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs
• Handle workforce and create, review & analyze reports on operations; ensure dispatch of FnV on time
• Ensure assets are in place and good working condition for smooth operations
• Maintain hygienic and layout-compliant maintenance of the FC

About the Team

The E-commerce vertical, focused on catering to the fresh produce demands of B2C e-commerce players such as Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, and other leading quick commerce and e-commerce

platforms across Metro and Tier 1 cities

The Ecommerce team is trying to solve procurement challenges in the B2C space through a joint

venture with Flipkart. In this venture Ninjacart & Flipkart together will cater the consumer demand for F/V. Wherein Ninjacart will be the fulfillment partner and Flipkart will take care of demand generation and Last Mile operations. This team is a mix of Procurement, Operations, and Analytics working together to fulfill the consumers demand.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end Fulfillment center operations which include, infrastructure, people, processes and logistics
• Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently
• Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs
• Responsible for handling workforce and create, review & analyze reports on operations Ensure the dispatch of FnV on time and ensure the system and ops level guidelines are strictly adhered to in the respective facilities
• Ensure all the Assets are in place and good working condition for the smooth operations
• Ensure hygienic and as per layout maintenance of the FC

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• Data-Driven: Innate sense towards data & strong grip over operations metrics. Experience in process improvement and lean techniques
• Project management: Should have managed a medium size and Layered team. Ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment
• People management: Ability to handle workforce in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource
• LML & FML Experience: Ability to manage the logistics by designing the most cost-efficient and timely deliveries
• Ability to work under pressure: Order fulfillment and fill rate tracking knowledge
