• Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Set ambitious sales targets for channel partners.
• Monitor their performance and provide guidance to improve sales effectiveness.
• Analyse sales data and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Use this knowledge to guide channel partners and adapt our sales approach.
• Conduct training sessions for channel partners on our products, services, and sales techniques.
• Equip them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
• Generate regular reports on channel partner performance, sales metrics, and market share.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize channel strategies.
• Address any conflicts or disputes between channel partners and our company.
