Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a logistics-oriented coordinator to support Frontline Manager with enquiry processing, supplier offers, and order execution. You will draft annexures, handle supplier inquiries, and negotiate terms while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Based in Mumbai, the role involves managing goods from global suppliers to clients, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth logistics. Graduation or higher and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation or higher required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in enquiry handling and supplier liaison is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as backend support to Frontline Manager for enquiry processing and timely supplier offers.
• Draft offers, send enquiries to suppliers, and negotiate terms.
• Prepare Customer Delivery Performance Reports.
• Process orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal departments and teams.
• Manage the journey of goods from global suppliers to clients.
• Ensure flawless logistics, documentation, and delivery after order booking, acting as a bridge between suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.

Role & responsibilities

• To act as backend support to Frontline Manager from Enquiry processing, getting timely offers from suppliers till orders booking.
• Making annexures, sending enquires to correct suppliers, drafting offers, negotiations with suppliers
• Prepare Customer Delivery Performance Report
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal department and team members.
• manage the journey of goods from our global suppliers to our clients.
• This role is critical in ensuring that once an order is booked, the logistics, documentation, and delivery are executed flawlessly. You will act as the bridge between international suppliers, local customers, and logistics partners.
