• Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of Boolean searching, LinkedIn sourcing, and international job databases. LinkedIn Premium / Recruiter experience is a strong advantage.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to interact with global candidates and onshore clients.
• Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of international work structures, candidate engagement strategies, and time zone coordination.
