Job summary

MRR IT services is seeking a proactive talent sourcer to enhance our recruitment efforts. The role focuses on LinkedIn sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and building strong candidate relationships in a local setting.

Key tasks include identifying, engaging, and shortlisting quality candidates efficiently, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, and applying best practices in talent sourcing. Prior recruitment or sourcing experience is a plus for this in-person position in Tirupati.
