Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking a Talent IT Sourcer to help identify and engage potential candidates, and to build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

You will source on job portals and social media, use Boolean search techniques, and promote our employer brand while maintaining candidate databases to fill vacancies with qualified professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
• Effective time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Shift Timing -General 9.00 to 6.30 PM
Work mode -WFO

Talent IT Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting active/passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on job portals/social media and enjoy learning about different roles, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees
