Job summary

Grown Diamond is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Specialist / Talent Mapping Specialist to support direct sourcing and candidate screening for Inside Sales, International Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, BPO Sales roles.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean/X-Ray search, headhunting, and candidate engagement to build strong pipelines and engage top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for Inside Sales, BPO, and international sales roles.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, boolean and X-ray search.
• Ability to screen, shortlist and engage candidates, manage pipelines.
• Strong communication and sales hiring aptitude.
• Graduate with MBA HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, ATS applications, and other sourcing channels by evaluating JD fitment, experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, shift suitability, and candidate interest.
• Upload qualified candidates into the ATS and maintain sourcing trackers.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for Inside Sales, International Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, BPO Sales roles with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Database Search, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Headhunting, and Candidate Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Education

Graduate in any discipline. MBA (HR) preferred.
