Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant – Modern Workplace to help customers modernize their work and security posture using Microsoft 365, Intune, and related technologies. You will implement, migrate, configure, and support Modern Workplace solutions while guiding customers and collaborating with technical teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing, administering, or supporting Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM, device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Windows Autopilot.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of endpoint and identity security, including Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, and security baselines.
• Experience with Windows Server and supporting Microsoft cloud or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects, including migrations, configuration, implementation, and ongoing technical support.
• Designing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions across device enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint security.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and acting as an escalation point for junior support engineers.
• Working directly with customers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining project documentation, sharing technical knowledge, and continuously developing expertise through Microsoft certifications and learning.

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will work closely with customers and technical teams to implement, migrate, configure, and support Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
