Job summary

INGRAM MICRO PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY INDIA PVT LTD is seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate to support enterprise sales for core infrastructure solutions. The role involves designing and presenting solutions leveraging Zebra, PeopleLink, Versa, and related hardware.

You will work with sales and product teams, conduct demos, PoCs, and technical workshops, and respond to RFPs/RFIs. Develop HLDs/LLDs and ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT is required.
• 4–6 years in Pre-Sales / Solution Architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Versa SD-WAN / SASE, AV & VC solutions for PeopleLink, and mobility devices (Zebra).
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills; experience in enterprise or large deals.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions using Zebra devices, PeopleLink video conferencing & AV, and Versa SD-WAN / SASE.
• Build integrated architectures combining hardware, networking, and collaboration tools; develop HLDs and LLDs.
• Engage with sales and product teams; map customer requirements to technical solutions; conduct demos, PoCs and workshops; respond to RFPs/RFIs.

Role Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate to support enterprise sales for core infrastructure solutions. The role will involve designing and presenting solutions leveraging platforms such as Zebra, PeopleLink, and Versa, along with associated infrastructure hardware.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end solutions using:
• Zebra devices (barcode scanners, RFID, mobility solutions)
• PeopleLink video conferencing & AV solutions
• Versa SD-WAN / SASE platforms
• Build integrated architectures combining hardware, networking, and collaboration tools
• Develop HLDs (High-Level Designs) and LLDs (Low-Level Designs)

2. Pre-Sales Engagement

• Work closely with sales and product teams during client engagements
• Understand customer business requirements and map to technical solutions
• Conduct product demos, PoCs, and technical workshops
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical proposals

3. Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of:
• SD-WAN, SASE (especially Versa)
• Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching)
• Collaboration technologies (VC systems, AV integration)
• Endpoint & mobility hardware (Zebra devices)
• Ability to integrate hardware with cloud and on-prem environments

4. Stakeholder Management

• Interface with OEMs (Zebra, PeopleLink, Versa, etc.) for solution validation
• Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams for smooth transition
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders

5. Commercial & Proposal Support

• Support solution costing, BOM preparation, and pricing strategy
• Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client needs

Required Skills & Qualifications
